Attorney at Law

Jeffrey LapinJeffrey Lapin was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and moved to Lincoln when still very young. His grandfather was an attorney in Kansas City, Missouri. After growing up in Lincoln and graduating from Lincoln East High School, Jeffrey attended the University of Kansas earning a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. He graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska’s College of Law. Jeffrey married Crystal Folden, a lifelong Lincoln resident and Social Studies teacher at Lincoln Southeast High School. They have one beautiful daughter.

Jeffrey worked for another Nebraska law firm for almost eleven years before founding Lapin Law Offices.  While maximizing the amount an injured person receives is the ultimate goal for attorneys representing injured people, Jeffrey understood that many clients need more than money. They need someone who genuinely cared about them, was passionate about what they do and who was dedicated to making sure clients get everything they deserve. This prompted Jeffrey to open Lapin Law Offices, which allowed him to put these ideas into the way he and his staff represent clients.
