Lapin Law Offices was established in 2008 with the goal of representing clients with caring, passion and dedication. Our clients have suffered physically, mentally, emotionally or financially due to the wrongful conduct of another person or company.
While Lapin Law Offices cannot take away your pain, we can lessen your frustration and confusion, permit you to focus on your recovery, and ultimately obtain justice for you. We can also assist in obtaining the medical and related care you need to recover from your injuries.
Jeffrey B. Lapin, the founder of Lapin Law Offices, practiced with another Nebraska personal injury law firm for several years representing injured and disabled persons. Jill L. West Tinnelly, Jeff’s Legal Assistant, has worked for him for over almost his entire legal career. Staci L. Williams joined Lapin Law Offices in early 2009 and, after starting as a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant, was promoted to Legal Assistant.
Patrick M. Driver and Tregg R. Lunn joined the firm in April of 2011 as Associates. Both are experienced trial attorneys and they fully embrace Lapin Law Offices’ philosophy of representing injured, abused and disabled persons with caring, passion and dedication.
Lapin Law Offices represents most clients on a contingency fee basis meaning you do not have to pay any money up front. Our fee is based on a percentage of the money we obtain for you. In addition, if we do not collect any money for you, you do not have to pay us any fees.
Lapin Law Offices offers a free telephone consultation 24 hours a day 7 days a week (24/7). We will meet you after regular office hours, weekends or at your home if necessary.
We know that not everyone who calls us, whether they have injured in an automobile accident or at work, needs an attorney.
